Contemporary, modern and hip hop dance are artistic dance forms and are the popular dance moves used. They are characterized by moves that involve bent knees, full body swinging actions and a lot of sideways jumps and hops. A dancers body will build strength and become toned by doing the steps and routines along with the current songs specially choreographed according to fitness and learning levels for each class. Every class concludes with yoga postures to stretch and cool down. Class is suitable for all levels, no dance experience required.
