He began work in Athens, Greece, in 1982 for the Sangari Group which is involved in the supply and implementation of educational technologies. He established operations in South Africa in 1995 focusing in supply and developing of educational solutions for Africa, as well as launching STEM based competition- F1 in Schools in South Africa and more recently the Jaguar Primary School Challenge (JPSC) and the Land Rover Challenge. Her role at Sangari Education: She overseas business operations, Finance and Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain and Human Resources. Prior to that she was Head of the Private Equity Fund and Head of Amabubesi Health Services. She was responsible for healthcare strategy, deal origination, structuring, capital raising, reporting and execution. In her role, as Fund Manager, she participated in some of the major deals concluded by NMT Capital (Amabubesi) and continued to add value to the investee companies by representing Amabubesi at their respective boards. Before Amabubesi, she was with ABC South Africa, a representative office for BancABC, a company with a primary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Zimbabwe stock Exchange, where she held the position of group head accountant. Before that she was with Pioneer Foods’ Sacko Milling. Her career started in 1996 when she joined Transtel, division of Transnet, where she moved through the ranks until she was seconded to Transnet Group to start her Training Outside Public Practice. Nthabiseng served as Independent Non-executive director on some listed and unlisted companies, and was also involved with Board Committees. Papa David Nxumalo Papa David Nxuma is a dynamic and strategic individual who has held several leadership positions in both political structures and corporate world, with over 15 years experience in the LTSM (Learner Teacher Support Material) business. He is also an executive director serving on a number of boards with extensive experience in business development. He has extensive experience in IT Management and Project Management. His passion is to be a major contributor to a business where objectives are targeted and achieved.
