A decade after it commenced business Centrafin is poised to grow substantially and play an important role in facilitating finance solutions for both group and external customers.
In June of 2010 the Pinnacle Technology Holdings Group acquired 51% shareholding in the company, and in March 2012 Centrafin became a full subsidiary of the PTH group.

He founded the Pinnacle Group in 1993 and has subsequently acquired and integrated several companies into the Group leading to its consistent growth over the past 10 years. Richard qualified as a CA in Scotland in 1983 and then joined Fisher Hoffman Stride in South Africa shortly thereafter. He served as a Financial Manager in Metro Cash and Carry for 3 years before taking on the Finance Director role in Cashbuild for 7 years. He has been with Pinnacle and Axiz for over 15 years. Jenny has been involved in the Rental Finance industry since its inception in South Africa in the late 1980’s before setting up her own brokerage in In 2002, in conjunction with her then partners, she became a founder director of Centrafin and has served as its Managing Director for the past 10 years whilst still overseeing the new business development in the company. Johan completed his BCom at Pretoria University in 2003 and started working in the rental finance industry in He specialised in the financial management within the Financial Services sector and heads up a small but dynamic team overseeing the financial management of the company. Hendrik completed his BCom at the University Of Potchefstroom in 1998 and brings extensive, diversified, asset finance experience in credit and risk management to the board. In addition to his strong work ethic, Hendrik upholds effective and efficient management and control, obtaining consistent results in maintaining Centrafin’ s debtors book in excellent health. It is through synergy and responsible policies that we will achieve our mission to create sustainable wealth for all our stakeholders.
