We provide consulting services to those companies who choose to use our services and not be rated by us. We are not able to both rate and consult for the same company. Facilitate the preparation of documentation towards a company’s Self-Assessment BBBEE Rating. Models for Large Companies to procure from SMME’s including support mechanisms, quality guarantees, etc. Assessment of compliance and determination of required interventions towards compliance. Development of Implementation Strategies, Policies and Systems in respect of all elements of the Social and Labour Plan. Capacity Building for staff involved in the implementation and monitoring of the Social and Labour Plan commitments. Establishment of all relevant structures, development of terms of reference and code of conduct in respect of such structures and managing the outputs of these structures. Project Management for Large Corporates when engaging in business with SMME’s to ensure standards and on-time delivery are maintained. African Rejuvenation provides a specialist business consulting and training service. Consulting across sectors has provided us with insight to the specific challenges associated with each, and to creatively address these, adding value to all stakeholders.
